These Terms govern the relationship between the user and Frigg Systems in connection with MamonApp. They do not replace any mandatory terms imposed by Apple, Google or applicable law.

2. Purpose of MamonApp

MamonApp is a tool for recording, organizing and analyzing household expenses and purchases.

MamonApp does not provide banking, payment, investment, accounting or financial advisory services.

Reports and information displayed by the application are based on information entered by the user and are provided for informational purposes.

3. Subscription

Paid MamonApp functionality may be offered through automatically renewable:

  • monthly subscriptions, or
  • annual subscriptions.

Some subscription options may include a free trial period. Where a free trial is offered, its duration and applicable conditions will be displayed before the subscription is confirmed. Unless cancelled before the end of the trial in accordance with the applicable store rules, the subscription may automatically convert into a paid subscription.

The current price, billing period and any applicable introductory or trial conditions are displayed in MamonApp and in the purchase interface provided by the applicable application store before the transaction is confirmed.

On Apple devices, payments are processed by Apple using the payment method associated with the user's Apple Account.

On Android devices distributed through Google Play, payments are processed by Google Play using the payment method associated with the user's Google Account.

Frigg Systems does not directly process or receive the user's full payment card number, bank account number or other payment instrument credentials used by Apple or Google.

Subscriptions automatically renew for another billing period unless they are cancelled before the applicable renewal in accordance with the rules and settings of the application store through which the subscription was purchased.

Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through the subscription settings associated with their Apple Account or Google Account, depending on where the subscription was purchased.

After cancellation, access to subscribed functionality generally continues until the end of the current paid billing period, unless the applicable application store determines otherwise, for example in connection with a refund, charge reversal or another purchase-related operation.

Refund requests and payment-related disputes are handled by Apple or Google, depending on where the purchase was made, in accordance with the applicable store policies and applicable law.
